I'm a Computer Science student at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) with a stellar GPA of 3.968/4.0. Currently a Research Intern at the prestigious Saudi Medical AI Lab (SMAIL), working under mentorship from world-class faculty at the Carnegie Mellon University.
My research spans medical image enhancement, dyslexia detection using ensemble learning, and handling class imbalance in object detection. I'm a published researcher (IEEE Access 2025) and was selected as one of the top 100 students from 16,000+ applicants for KAUST Academy's AI Summer School. I've also received the International Scholar Award ($100,000) from the University of Toronto and multiple academic excellence awards.
Beyond research, I'm passionate about building real-world AI solutions that make an impact, from developing AI-powered mental health platforms for the National Center for Mental Health Promotion to creating intelligent chatbot assistants for e-commerce.
